Soil-related construction monitoring

PRO UMWELT accompanies your construction activities by professional and goal-oriented soil monitoring in the sense of BBodSchV 2021 according to DIN 19639.

We take over for you

• the services of preventive soil protection during the (pre-)planning and execution phase of a construction project as well as after completion of construction
• Checking and compilation of planning and data bases, taking into account soil protection requirements and official conditions
• Preparation of a soil protection concept with the measures necessary from a soil protection point of view and presentation in a soil protection plan
• Consultation and documentation during construction on site (e.g. assessment of soil moisture and limits of use for construction machines, deviations from the soil protection concept)
• Control of the construction work with regard to compliance with the soil protection concept
• Coordination between project operator and authorities
• Documentation of the technical execution of soil-relevant measures
• Instruction of working methods, explanation of working procedures or soil protection measures
• Creation of legal certainty by accompanying the project from (preliminary) planning to acceptance of the site and by monitoring its success
